What You'll Do

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and options.
• Create financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability.
• Build partnerships with lenders to secure approvals and funding.
• Deliver transparent and professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience.
• Review and finalize deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Monitoring funding timelines and ensuring contracts move smoothly through the process.
• Work with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and results.
• Drive key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance.

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years of Automotive F&I experience with a history of production and results.
• 1 or more years of experience with finance, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
• 1 or more years working collaborate with customers and business partners.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $125,000 - $150 K

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
