Fabricates steel and other material components for custom and standard products in a creative workshop setting, interpreting blueprints and operating fabrication machinery.

We are seeking skilled Project Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, structural welding, and steel fabrication. This position involves the fabrication of components for both standard and custom products using steel and various other materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fabricate components for standard and custom products using steel and other materials
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
- Quality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properly
- Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead
- Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead
- Team player and willing to work closely with others
- Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
- Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
- Prior Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction trades
- Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience
- Structural welding certification required

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.
Other Skills
Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
