Fabricator - Nguyen

SUMMARY

Performs a wide variety of complex fabrication tasks involving the set-up, calibration and operation of equipment that requires advanced technical knowledge. Must be able to perform the majority of job functions within the group/dept or an advantage technical function such as tig/mig welding. Must be able to rotate workstations as needed

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Safety- Company targets with department goals per yearly approved KPIs.
• Quality- Company targets with department goals per yearly approved KPIs.
• Production- Company targets with department goals per yearly approved KPIs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Fabricates finished parts and complex assemblies to specifications.
• Performs complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment
• Offsets and/or avoids problems caused from welding including material distortion and warping.
• Provides assistance to lower level operators.
