Facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing building facades that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Responsibilities: - Design and develop innovative facade systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. - Perform structural calculations and analysis related to facade components to ensure safety and durability. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver efficient and high-quality facade solutions. - Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation of facade systems to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. - Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation required for project approvals and construction. - Stay updated with the latest facade technologies, materials, and regulations relevant to the UAE construction market. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facade performance during construction and post-installation phases.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Proven 5 years experience as a Facade Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of facade design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques. - Proficient in structural analysis software and CAD design tools. - Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
