Your Role:
Daily upkeep of the property: mowing, leaf removal, pruning, snow removal
Cleaning: storage units, carpets, sweeping, and general upkeep
Light maintenance: trash pick-up, bulb replacement, reporting issues
Supporting special projects and assisting other team members
What We’re Looking For:
Previous janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Hands-on attitude with familiarity using power tools
Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores (mileage reimbursed)
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor work year-round
