Facilities Technical Executive Cum Fire Safety Manager

About the Job:

[2 year contract - Extendable/Convertible]
3500 - $4000 + $400 FSM allowance + $50 HP allowance
Working Location: Novena
Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 8am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Carry out inspection services.
• Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects.
• Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors.
• Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works.
• Review contractor proposal for second opinion.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in building maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ civil/ structural with minimum 3 years in relevant working experience.
• Candidate should be Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified.
• Preferred with working experience in government project preferred.
