Facility Management Manager – Architecture
Job Summary
The Facility Management Manager – Architecture will oversee architectural, civil, and building fabric maintenance activities, ensuring facilities are maintained to required operational, safety, quality, and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural, building fabric, and associated civil maintenance activities.
Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.
Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Conduct inspections and identify defects, risks, and improvement requirements.
Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE, environmental, and quality standards.
Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience.
UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works.
Knowledge of applicable Qatar standards and building codes.
Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
School/kindergarten FM experience within the GCC is highly preferred.
CFM, FMP or SFP certification is preferred.
PMP certification is an advantage.
