Facility Management Manager – Architecture

Job Summary

The Facility Management Manager – Architecture will oversee architectural, civil, and building fabric maintenance activities, ensuring facilities are maintained to required operational, safety, quality, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural, building fabric, and associated civil maintenance activities.

  • Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.

  • Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities.

  • Conduct inspections and identify defects, risks, and improvement requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.

  • Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience.

  • UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B – mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works.

  • Knowledge of applicable Qatar standards and building codes.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.

  • School/kindergarten FM experience within the GCC is highly preferred.

  • CFM, FMP or SFP certification is preferred.

  • PMP certification is an advantage.
