Faculty - Aviation
- Deliver high-quality IATA
training programs to aviation aspirants and professionals.
- Develop and update course
content, ensuring it meets current industry standards and the academy's
objectives.
- Conduct classroom and virtual
sessions providing an effective and engaging learning experience to students.
- Facilitate discussions,
workshops, webinars, and hands-on activities as appropriate to the subject
matter.
- Assess student performance
through exams and assignments and provide constructive feedback for motivation
and improvement.
- Provide one-on-one or group
assistance for students if required.
- Support students to pass IATA
examinations and conduct revision classes and mock exams.
- Stay updated on the latest
industry trends and regulations through ongoing research.
- Attend webinars, seminars and
conferences to enhance knowledge.
- Foster a respectful and
inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified IATA
trainer.
- Airline experience is
mandatory. Min 5 years in Managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in any
discipline. Master’s degree is an added value.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the aviation
industry in a managerial role.
- Ability to develop
comprehensive and effective IATA training materials.
- Excellent
communication and training delivery skills.
- Strong knowledge of IATA
regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using various
training tools and technologies for both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Ability to manage and motivate
a multicultural group of students.
