Open 48d posting dated 4 days ago

Guardian Light Family Services (GLFS) is dedicated to strengthening families and helping children thrive by providing compassionate, hands-on support every day. Our mission is to empower families to create safe, nurturing environments where everyone can reach their full potential. We believe our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels supported, respected, and inspired to grow. At GLFS, you’ll find a collaborative environment, opportunities for professional development, and a shared passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of families across Nebraska.

Your Future Team

Our team is passionate about making a difference—one family at a time. We use our knowledge, resources, and teaching skills to influence positive change and build healthier communities across Nebraska.

Success Story:

When I first started working with a family, they were struggling to find stability and connect with community resources. Through weekly visits, skill-building sessions, and lots of encouragement, I watched the parents gain confidence, and the children thrive in a safer, more nurturing environment. Seeing their progress and knowing I played a part in their journey is what makes this work so meaningful.
