Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices, crop management, and team leadership, with the ability to improve productivity while maintaining sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to agricultural best practices.

• Develop and implement crop management plans covering planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.

• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yields.

• Manage, train, and supervise farm staff, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source quality seeds, fertilizers, and farming equipment.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative farming techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
