Fashion Designer - Fashion Industry

Talent 360 is hiring a Fashion Designer to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity for a creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer who is passionate about apparel design and developing collections that combine style, functionality, and commercial appeal. The ideal candidate has experience within the fashion industry and enjoys transforming ideas into market-ready products.

About the Role

As a Fashion Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for designing apparel collections from concept to development. You will research trends, create innovative designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure every collection reflects the brand's creative vision while meeting quality and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative apparel concepts and seasonal collections that align with the brand's identity and target market.
  • Research fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, silhouettes, and consumer preferences to inspire new collections.
  • Prepare sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations.
  • Select fabrics, trims, and materials that meet both design and production requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, and production teams throughout the collection development process.
  • Participate in fittings, sample evaluations, and design revisions to ensure the final product meets quality and fit standards.
  • Review prototypes and provide technical feedback to optimize product quality and functionality.
  • Support collection planning while ensuring timely completion of design milestones.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging fashion innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Applied Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Fashion Design or Apparel Design.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, color theory, and collection development.
  • Ability to create sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and collection concepts.
  • Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern development, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; additional design software is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
