Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and imaginative fashion designer to join our womenswear team. This role calls for a forward-thinking creative with strong technical skills, digital fluency, and a passion for timeless design.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design process from concept to final styling, ensuring creativity and deadlines.
- Research trends includes shop visits.
- Create original designs in Adobe Illustrator and CLO 3D.
- Develop detailed tech packs(specs, BOMs, construction notes).
- Source sustainable fabrics/trims globally.
- Present mood boards, colour palettes, and design stories.
- Manage sampling, suppliers, and production timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams.
- Maintain digital design archives(PLM, Google Drive, Notion).
- Utilise AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) for brainstorming.
- Pattern drafting/draping skills are a plus.
- Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
Skills
- Strong understanding of garment fit, fabric behavior, and finishing.
- Excellent eye for detail and modern silhouettes.
- Fluent in design software: Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D.
- Foster positive, inclusive team dynamics while working in a fast-paced environment.
