Fashion Designer - Vertical Brands

We're looking for a talented full time Fashion Designer to join our Vertical Brands team and help shape the future of ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Designer to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, creating product that reflects each brand's unique vision while connecting with our customers and the latest global trends.
From initial inspiration through to final production, you'll take ownership of the design process — bringing together creativity, commerciality and customer insight to deliver ranges that look great and perform.
What you'll do

Research global fashion, lifestyle and product trends and translate them into commercially relevant product
Design and develop seasonal ranges across assigned categories for ODE, Stylerunner The Label, Liido and Felle
Create concepts, colour palettes, prints, silhouettes, CADs and product specifications
Work closely with Buying, Production and Planning to build cohesive and commercially successful ranges
Select fabrics, trims, colours and finishes that bring your designs to life
Attend fittings, review samples and provide clear direction throughout the development process
Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to inform future product decisions
Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities
Manage multiple styles and projects while delivering to key seasonal deadlines

What we're looking for
You'll have 5+ years' experience in Fashion Design, ideally within a fashion brand environment, along with a relevant Fashion Design qualification.
You're:

Creative, passionate and constantly inspired by what's happening in fashion
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the customer
Confident translating trends into product that customers want to buy
Experienced across garment construction, fabrics, trims, fit and product development
Highly skilled in CAD and Adobe Illustrator
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
Detail-focused, while always keeping sight of the bigger picture
A collaborative team player who is confident sharing ideas and taking ownership
