Field Application Engineer-Internship

Sangfor Technologies Italy is offering a Field Applications Engineer internship for graduates and final year students in engineering, cyber security, computer science or information systems. You will provide on-site and remote support, install devices, train partners and customers, and escalate issues to RND. Mentorship is provided throughout the tenure.

This internship also opens the door to a PPO and a path to join our dynamic international team across Italy and beyond.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues in POC or after-sales inquiries. Track, maintain and resolve incidents; provide reports to customers. Install and integrate devices into customer environments. Deliver technical training for Partners and/or customers. Escalate issues to RND to resolve product problems. Create technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge base. Engage in domestic and international projects. Fresh graduates or final year students in engineering, cyber security, computer science, information systems or related field. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude. Italian language at C1+ and English at B2+ required for communication with local and international clients. PPO opportunity Competitive salary and welfare
