The internship targets fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related fields, with strong Italian (C1+) and English (B2+) communication,
Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers during POC or after-sales inquiries. Track, maintain and resolve incidents; report to the customer. Install devices and integrate into customer environments. Provide technical training for partners and/or customers. Escalate to RND to resolve product issues. Create technical documentation for projects or internal knowledge base. Engage in both domestic and international projects. Open to fresh graduates or final year students. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills in Italian (C1+) and English (B2+). PPO potential
