- Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Conduct equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing at customer sites while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support project execution, deliverables, and successful implementation.
- Deliver technical training, prepare application documentation, and collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in the Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer support, equipment validation, and on-site project assignments.
