CONTEXT:

Our marketing team is passionate and driven by team spirit and a love for collaboration. We aim for excellence and work collectively to innovate continuously and bring ever more value to the sales teams, with whom we collaborate closely.

THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly qualified Field Marketing Manager, with solid experience in event organization and digital campaign management, to drive marketing initiatives in Canada — one of our four commercial regions in North America. This role will play a key role in lead generation and strengthening our brand awareness through targeted marketing actions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven experience in implementing effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and fostering customer engagement. Fluency in English/French is required.

In addition to driving initiatives in Canada, this role may also involve supporting or taking charge of specific field events in the West America region to ensure consistent execution and optimal impact in key markets. This position reports to the Marketing Manager for North America.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the needs of regional markets to generate new leads and fuel the pipeline.
  • Field Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact field events (regional events, roundtables, conferences) to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead a flagship event of the "Procurement Innovation on Tour" series in your region, overseeing the organization from A to Z: program development, speaker coordination, venue selection, catering, and all other planning and logistics activities.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and deploy ABM strategies targeting key account segments; create personalized marketing programs addressing specific customer needs to foster lead generation and conversion of targeted accounts.
  • Campaign Management: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with product and digital marketing teams (events, webinars, digital initiatives) to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales goals, ensuring that marketing actions effectively support business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
