Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to expand the bank's Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing relationships with builders and channel partners, and achieving monthly loan sourcing and disbursement targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Channel Development: Build and maintain strong business relationships with builders, real estate developers, brokers, connectors, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
• Loan Processing: Guide customers throughout the loan process, including lead generation, documentation, verification, and final disbursement.
• Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products such as Property Insurance and Life Insurance.
• Field Sales & Marketing: Conduct regular market visits, property site activations, and local promotional activities to generate business.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly loan application (login) and disbursement targets.
• Compliance: Ensure proper KYC documentation and adherence to bank credit policies and legal guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Real Estate, Mortgages, or DSA will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in banking sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of customer handling and basic KYC and income documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for field sales activities.
