Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented candidates to drive the bank's liabilities business through customer acquisition, field sales, and relationship management. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting banking products, generating new business, and expanding the customer base through market visits and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
• Business Development: Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, local market mapping, and direct sales activities.
• Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards, and other banking solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Account Reactivation: Identify and reactivate dormant or inactive bank accounts.
• Field Marketing: Conduct promotional campaigns, market visits, and corporate activities to generate business opportunities.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer details, lead information, sales records, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Compliance: Follow banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical sales practices.
• Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring quality customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, BFSI, or related industries.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
• Prior experience in CASA, Liabilities Sales, or BFSI Sales will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer network is preferred.
