FIELD SALES OFFICER
Description
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
Actively engaging with potential customers in the local area to promote Northerly Digital Services' telecommunications solutions
Conducting face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the designated territory
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Providing accurate and timely feedback to the sales management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
