Field Service Engineer $2.9K - $3.2K + $1200 Allowance + Variable Bonus (up to 3 months) Locations: East / North / West (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Key Duties

· Set up, maintain and upgrade equipment at customer fab sites

· Identify equipment faults and perform repairs, calibrations and preventive maintenance

· Troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues on advanced wafer processing systems

· Analyse system parameters and equipment behaviour to support process development work

· Use specialised jigs and tooling on service assignments

· Support Senior Engineers on higher-level tasks including robot teaching and sub-unit servicing

· Write technical service reports and maintain maintenance records

· Join weekly team meetings and present technical findings

· Partner with customers and internal teams to meet service commitments

Requirements

· Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering

· No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided

· Practical skills in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing and repair

· Cleanroom or semiconductor fab exposure is a plus

· Solid fault-finding and problem-solving ability

· Clear communication, good documentation habits and a customer-first mindset

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Works well both within a team and directly with customers
