Provide high level technical support to customers including maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary trainings in the service areas for CP & FT testing. It provides support for assessment of customer needs, implementation of the solutions as well as product release support. Service Engineers must ensure customer success at accounts by demonstrating the highest technical aptitude and professional engineering skills.
