FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

On-site technician installs, repairs, and maintains refrigeration and compressed-air systems while providing customer support in Singapore.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support and build strong relationships with customers during on-site visits.
- Perform on-site installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports after each service visit.
- Work closely with team members and provide support to ensure service assignments are completed efficiently.
- Perform other service-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in field servicing.
- Experience in the repair and servicing of refrigeration systems, compressed-air systems or related equipment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in the installation and removal of valves and pipe fittings will be an advantage.
- Able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service mechanical or electrical equipment.
- Good communication skills and basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum NiTEC, professional certificate or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Possess a positive working attitude and be an active team player.
- Able to work independently at customer sites.
