Field Service Engineer (Basic $2.6K - $5.2K + UP TO 3 Months Variable Bonus + Allowance $1200) East / West / North Areas

Key Duties

· Install, service, upgrade and maintain equipment at customer sites

· Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments

· Support Senior Engineers on advanced tasks

· Write technical service reports and join weekly team meetings

· Take part in 24x7 standby roster

· Ad-hoc shifts duties when needed

Requirements

· Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering

· ITE with relevant experience also considered

· Fresh graduates welcome — training will be provided

· Any experience in machine setup, installation, servicing, troubleshooting or repair is an advantage

· Cleanroom experience preferred but not essential

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer-service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Willing to work irregular hours

· Standby duty and travel occasionally

· Team player with good communication skills
