Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues encountered during equipment mass production operations.
2. Provide customers with training on equipment operation and maintenance during equipment delivery.
3. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Certificate or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the application, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated testing equipment.
3. Willing to travel as required for equipment installation projects.
4. Good communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
5. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
