Field Service Engineer
Summary
Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots solar energy systems on-site, resolving technical issues and providing support to customers and dealers across Bangalore North.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
- Provide on-site service and maintenance support.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
- Support dealers and installers with technical assistance.
- Submit service reports and coordinate with the ASM.
- Travel within the assigned territory for field visits.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy or related field).
- 1–3 years of field service experience (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of solar systems is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively.
