Field Service Engineer - North Italy (Rif. 07)

  • Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory (Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy), with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
  • Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Manage personal spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
  • Residence in the Lombardy region, preferably in the Mantua or Cremona area.
  • Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
