Field Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on customers equipment.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power electrical systems and equipment.

• Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites.

• Collaborate with the local service team to deliver efficient and high-quality field service support.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Complete service reports, technical documentation, and other administrative tasks related to field interventions.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Necessary Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in servicing and maintaining electrical power equipment or cooling equipment.

• ANRE IIIB certification or higher (nice to have).

• Strong commitment to electrical and job-site safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.

• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

• Valid Category B driver's license with a clean driving record.
