Field Service Technician (Medical Devices/1 Year Contract/Up to $3800)
Summary
Field service technician responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining medical devices, managing inventory, and providing customer support on-site or remotely.
Job Responsibility
- Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of organization's products.
- Managing the tools upkeep and calibration.
- Managing workorders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
- Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
- Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
- Working with other brands/companies under the Organization for all repairs related work requirement.
- Manage the repair activity.
- Performing onsite commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
- You might be required to work on weekend.
- Tracking warranties of instruments.
- Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
- Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Diploma/ Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.
- Experience in Mechatronics or Electronics preferred but not a must.
- Ability to trouble-shoot.
- Basic Microsoft office skills
