A Field Service Technician performs advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel systems) at customer job sites for a family-owned heavy equipment dealership. They diagnose complex issues, document services and parts used, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting time and efficiency guidelines.

Primary Job Duties*:
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment on customer sites
- Diagnose issues using the latest tools and apply independent judgement to solve complex problems
- Accurately document services provided, including time and parts/materials used
- Meet time guidelines and maintain efficiency levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every piece of equipment is ready to perform safely and effectively
