Position: Superintendent

Location: Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Montgomery and Frederick Counties.

Job Responsibilities

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.

· Compile detailed construction schedules and update timelines as needed.

· Coordinate daily work activities among crews and subcontractors.

· Monitor job site safety and enforce all safety guidelines.

· Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications.

· Schedule and oversee inspections, working closely with government inspectors.

· Prepare clear and accurate daily reports documenting progress and issues.

· Utilize your knowledge of construction methods and process equipment installation to solve problems and keep the project moving forward.
