As iNet continues to expand across the Permian Basin, we’re hiring Field Support Technicians to support the deployment and maintenance of advanced connectivity solutions. This field-based role offers paid training, a structured 90-day Short Service Employee (SSE) onboarding period, and a clear path to full Technician status with potential compensation growth. Relocation support or housing assistance is available for qualified candidates outside the local area.
Key Responsibilities
- System Deployment: Install, align, and commission RF and satellite systems including Starlink, LTE, VSAT, and point-to-point/multipoint wireless networks.
- Cable & Equipment Setup: Run, dress, and terminate various cable types (CAT5/6, RG6, LMR-600/400, Romex); mount antennas and configure field equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair connectivity issues across remote sites; ensure uptime and performance.
- Digital Documentation: Use mobile tools/apps to log service notes, capture site photos, and complete job records.
- Field Operations: Travel independently or in small teams to regional sites; uphold safety and compliance standards.
