The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to bridge the gap between our creative teams and the commercial world. Your primary mission: open doors, build lasting relationships, and secure strategic partners and sponsors who want to align their brands with our media projects.
You will own the entire business development lifecycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-value deals. Acting as the key liaison between our creative teams and financing partners, you will craft custom sponsorship packages that deliver real value for both the brand and our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect, identify, and secure corporate sponsors, investors, and strategic partners for upcoming film and media projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners across industries relevant to our content.
- Meet revenue targets for sponsorship and partnership deals.
Partnership Marketing& Strategy
- Collaborate with the production and content teams to understand the creative vision and audience demographics of each project.
- Design innovative, integrated sponsorship packages that may include product placement,co-branded marketing, digital assets, and on-site/live event activations.
- Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials tailored to specific brand partners.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and advertising agencies.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met and ROI is demonstrated.

Good To Have Experience& Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or partnerships is an advantage—but not a requirement.
