Finance/Accounts Executive

• Preparing Cash Flow Projection & Budget

• To handle audit/tax matters

• Liaise with Company Secretary for statutory filings, meetings, corporate changes and regulatory updates

• To read the Charter Party, Addendum, handle Charter Hire (Revenue)

• To prepare documentation for buying and selling vessels

• To review bank loan documents and related loan matters

• Liaise with MPA on matters relating to vessels

• Administrative work- filing of Govt Statistics, reporting of crew injury to MOM, etc

Requirements
Min Diploma and Degree in accounting related with 3 years accounting background.
Training provided for candidate not from related industry

Salary: Up to $4500
Location: Central
