Job Summary

This full-time role provides essential administrative and financial support to ensure smooth operational workflows and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable by preparing invoices, maintaining records, and performing reconciliations to ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Maintain and update financial databases and records to support reporting and audit readiness
  • Assist the director and senior finance executive with financial and administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting
  • Assist with compliance activities including government regulations, external audits, and tax return preparations
  • Support daily office administration by managing documentation related to accounts and general administration
  • Manage office supply inventories to maintain adequate stock levels and support office needs
  • Prepare and handle documentation for export/import permits as required
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • NITEC certification or diploma in accounting, business administration, or related fields is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles; entry-level or fresh graduates may be considered
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite to efficiently manage financial and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Positive working attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
