Salary: $75,000-$85,000 plus superannuation

organisation, they are now seeking to employ a Finance and Administration
Manager to join their team of highly motivated professionals.
The key responsibilities and duties…
Working alongside the CFO, you will be responsible
for achieving the organisations financial business objectives, setting and
overseeing goals, keeping track of resource and material requirements for
financial and administrative activities and managing accounts, payroll,
budgeting, and other financial difficulties as well as employee orientation and
training programmes.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage financial and
administration teams to achieve company goals.
- Support in the development
of overall financial goals and objectives.
- Assist in account
receivable and payable activities.
- Follow standard accounting
process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
- Evaluate existing
accounting system and recommend improvements if required.
- Interview, hire and train
new employees in financial and administration activities.
The ideal applicant for the position…
In addition to displaying proven accounting
experience, the ideal applicant will have a professional and personable
demeanour, along with a strong desire to improve the company's overall
financial standpoint. Further to this the ideal applicant will have;
- Prior experience as a
Finance and Administration Manager
- Experience in perform
account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
- The ability to Identify
and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial
related problems.
- Previous involvement in
resource identification, work assignment, performance evaluation, and promotion
decision activities.
- Confident in following
standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
