Finance Manager - Airports
Description
Finance Manager – Airports
Luton | Full-time | Hybrid
20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits
We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.
You turn complex commercial detail into clear choices — and you know how to challenge with confidence.
If you’re a commercially minded finance partner who can connect airport deals, network decisions and operational performance, this is a chance to influence some of easyJet’s most important cost and investment choices.
The opportunity
Airport charges are easyJet’s largest controllable operating cost. As Finance Manager – Airports, you’ll partner our Airport Development and Regulatory teams, bringing robust financial insight to negotiations, consultations, network choices and long-term airport strategy.
Sitting within Operations Finance, you’ll evaluate airport deals and incentives, shape negotiation strategy, lead airport cost planning and forecasting, and help secure sustainable value across the airline.
“This role is about more than producing the numbers. We’re looking for someone curious and commercially sharp who can test the detail, explain the choices clearly and help the business reach stronger airport decisions.” easyJet Senior Finance Manager
The team & culture
You’ll join the Airports & Ground Operations team within Operations Finance, working closely with colleagues across Airport Development, Regulatory, Network, Commercial, Operations, Procurement and wider Finance.
It’s a visible, collaborative environment where constructive challenge is valued. You’ll also lead and develop a Finance Analyst, creating clear priorities and space for both strong financial management and proactive insight.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the financial evaluation of airport contract renewals, bilateral agreements, incentives, rebates and growth proposals. Your scenarios will make value, risk, break-even points and route economics clear.
You’ll partner the Regulatory team on airport charge consultations and policy proposals, providing modelling, benchmarking and evidence that helps protect easyJet’s competitiveness.
You’ll own airport cost budgets, monthly forecasts and five-year planning, turning performance against plan into clear risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
You’ll strengthen governance over assumptions, models, approvals and benefit tracking, while improving and automating reporting so more time can be spent on commercial insight.
