Finance Manager (CA, Commercial/Audit, Tuas)
- Lead the finance function and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and drive system enhancements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and government authorities, on finance-related matters.
- Guide and develop the finance team while supporting corporate initiatives, business projects, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant certification with ISCA membership.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including audit experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
