Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company's continued growth.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

· Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor performance against targets

· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls

· Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks

· Manage and develop the finance team, promoting efficiency and professional growth

· Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and cost control

· Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls

· Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred

· Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including [2+] years in a supervisory or management role

· Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations

· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

· Fluent in English and Chinese; additional language preferred
