Finance Manager - Education

• Oversee the complete financial operations of all 5–6 nursery branches. • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. • Monitor income, expenses, accounts payable, and receivable. • Ensure accurate financial records and timely financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable tax requirements. • Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures. • Monitor branch-wise financial performance and provide regular reports to management. • Handle financial transactions and coordinate with banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved financial efficiency. • Visit nursery branches as and when required to monitor financial operations

• MBA / Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification. • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience in finance and accounting. • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and taxation requirements. • Previous experience managing multi-branch financial operations would be an advantage. • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and financial management. • Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills. • Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and be willing to visit branches when required. • Energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
