Finance Manager / Head of Finance
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decisions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective financial management practices.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial governance.
- Identify opportunities for investment, funding, and financial growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA) is preferred.
- Able to do a full set of accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
