Finance Manager (MNC/REIT |UP$9500 |Central)

Location: Pasir Panjang
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM
Salary: $8,000 - $9,500
Contract: 6 months (Extendable/convertible)

Summary:
Join the finance team, supporting a leading REIT with commercial properties across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and South Korea.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, where you'll be responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports for various entities and working closely with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple entities.

Job scope:

• Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of monthly management reporting.
• Support monthly/ quarterly management reporting and work with internal asset management team on analysing monthly/ quarterly/ year-to-date financial performance.
• Ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit, and manage the audit process, including liaising with auditors.
• Handle tax matters, including preparation of tax computations, working closely with tax consultants on tax computation/ filing submissions, and liasing with consultants and/or authorities on queries.
• Key driver for implementation of group policies, processes and systems.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects as required.
  

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy from a recognised university, or its equivalent.
• At least 5 to 6 years of relevant and / or auditing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Well-versed in Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Must have: Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Tagetik
• Candidates with prior experience in REIT reporting will have an added advantage.
• Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.
• Hands on finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
