Job Summary
We seek a results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial performance, accounting operations, risk management, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role reports to the COO and collaborates closely with finance HQ to drive growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial reports to support decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard organizational assets
- Oversee preparation of income statements and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Participate in budgeting processes to align financial plans with organizational goals
- Manage daily financial transactions to maintain accurate accounting records
- Streamline accounting functions and operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement financial growth plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Evaluate and manage financial risks to protect organizational interests
- Coordinate audit processes to ensure compliance and timely completion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in finance management
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage
- CPA certification is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Leadership skills to guide and develop finance team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Compliance-oriented mindset
- Analytical skills to solve complex financial issues
