Description

The Opportunity

A Platform for Those Who Deliver.

Whether you're in a frontline role, a specialist function, or a leadership position, every role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

You Take Ownership. You Deliver With Precision.

You approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project accounting and off-plan revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15, including percentage-of-completion calculations, contract assets/liabilities, customer advances and sales commissions.
  • Manage project escrow accounts and ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations, including withdrawal requests, supporting documentation and audit readiness.
  • Lead project cost control, including monthly cost-to-complete reviews, budget vs. actual analysis, contractor payment certificates, variations and project profitability reporting.
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations in SAP (FI/CO), ensuring accurate project, cost centre and escrow data, while supporting ERP enhancements and implementations.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts, financial statements, project performance reports and cash flow forecasts to senior management.
  • Manage budgeting, VAT and corporate tax compliance, external audits and internal financial controls.
  • Lead and develop the finance team while working closely with sales, projects, procurement and HR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • A flexible, service-oriented approach, recognizing that travel requirements in a luxury hospitality business often extend beyond standard office hours.
  • A hands-on, "Can Do" attitude with a genuine passion for delivering seamless travel experiences and providing exceptional internal customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, supported by a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA or CMA).
  • Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years with a UAE-based real estate developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IFRS 15 off-plan revenue recognition, RERA/DLD escrow management and project cost-to-complete reporting.
  • Strong SAP (FI/CO) expertise, with experience in financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation and preparation of full-year financial statements.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.
  • Previous involvement in SAP/ERP implementation or migration, external audits and coordination with escrow banks.
  • Strong technical accounting, analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting urgent travel requirements outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when business needs require.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve travel processes, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall travel experience across the business.
