Finance Manager
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making (eg. cost price calculation).
- Strategic Planning:
- Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth.
- People Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance team (Plant Controller and Purchase Assistant), fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place.
- Provide support to the Plant Director in the negotiation of milk contracts and market monitoring
- Directly reporting to the Plant Director and in dotted line to the Financial Director Savencia Benelux
