Finance Manager/SME Environment
Description
Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Partner Management to improve business performance through financial insights, cost optimisation and sound commercial advice.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and finance processes while driving digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents.
bankers and government authorities to ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting regional finance projects and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy/Finance and min 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Proficient in ERP & Excel, knowledgeable in SFRS, GST & Tax
Experience in trading, distribution, manufacturing or the chemical industry will be an advantage.
Able to travel 2-3x a year to other regions. (Thailand/Indonesia/Msia)
