Finance Manager
Main Role: To manage the organization’s
finance and accounting function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, full
regulatory compliance, effective audit and tax management, and strong internal
controls. The Finance Manager supports business growth by optimizing financial
processes, leveraging ERP systems with appropriate controls and checks,
providing strategic financial insights, and guiding the HQ and regional teams
toward operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
financial reporting, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings,
ensuring compliance with IFRS, ESR, AML, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
- Evaluate and strengthen internal controls,
governance structures, and risk management frameworks across the
organization.
- Provide
monthly and quarterly financial oversight and insights for large and complex IT
projects, cost centres, and regional accounting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather
financial data, support audits, and drive process improvements.
- Extensively
utilize ERP systems and enterprise applications, including SAP Business One to
streamline financial operations and reporting, strengthen system-based
controls, and reduce manual intervention and human error.
- Mentor and lead F&A team members, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of
post-qualification experience is mandatory.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work
independently, manage senior stakeholders, and drive timely closure of
finance, audit, tax, and reporting deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESR, AML, and VAT
regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP Business
One, SAP R1, and Tally.
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex finance
projects, improve reporting processes, and support audit readiness.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and
problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary skills in Excel, Power Query and all
relevant work tools & software
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time
management abilities.
- Experience
in IT distribution is a major advantage.
