Finance Partner Operations Specialist 2
Job Summary
The Finance Partner Operations Specialist 2 is responsible for supporting finance partner processes by maintaining project pipelines, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate data management to facilitate timely payments. This role performs a higher volume and complexity of operational tasks, including coordinating across departments, resolving routine issues, and handling specialized assignments, while following established procedures and guidelines.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain finance partner pipeline by monitoring timelines and tracking project status.
- Review and update company CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Complete assigned specialized or escalated operational tasks following established procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve routine project issues and obtain required information.
- Review and process post-installation change orders in accordance with company guidelines.
- Revise post-installation contract pricing details and system designs based on approved updates.
- Enter and maintain contract and project data in internal systems.
- Review milestone documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Submit documentation through finance partner portals to support payment processing.
- Track and follow up on projects with missing documentation or outstanding items.
- Respond to communications (email, chatter, phone) in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet established deadlines and goals.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and updates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
- Ability to follow established procedures and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately within defined guidelines.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or office experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
