Finance Project Delivery Manager (1 year contract)
Summary
Oversee the full delivery of finance-focused ERP/CRM projects, bridging finance teams and technical consultants to implement and optimize financial modules for global MNCs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CRM/ERP solution project delivery, covering requirement gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Leads end-to-end implementations of financial modules, managing budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Resource & Budget Control: Track project financials, timelines, and scope changes while leading internal teams and external vendor partners.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the main link between finance business leads and technical consultants to translate business requirements into system design.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, plan mitigations, and handle prompt issue escalation.
- Conduct and oversee compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and statutory adherence.
- Perform advanced research, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project artifacts, documentation and records.
- Adapting work schedules and processes so people in various locations can collaborate smoothly, maintain productivity, and support each other without being limited by traditional office hours.
- Lead or support client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 10 to 15 years of total work experience in both finance & accounting functional role (at least Finance Manager level), as well as Financial Solutions (ERP) consultation & configuration for global MNCs, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related industry.
- Exposure to complex, cross-border Accounting & Finance consulting and advisory projects.
- Advanced Business English skills utilized for C-level executive reporting, presentations, and client engagement.
- Certified Public Account (CPA) qualification is preferred. Other technical training or certifications such as PMP, SAP or Microsoft certification is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of Financial modules and integration points with other business module such as Production, Material Management, Logistics, Warehouse, and etc.
- Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, change management, and data migration oversight.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships or project delivery.
- Be able to occasionally or regularly work outside of standard local hours to communicate, attend meetings, or collaborate with various stakeholders and team members.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and execution ability.
