Job Description

Provide application support for market finance tools (front-to-back)

Handle production incidents (analysis, diagnosis, resolution, or escalation)

Support users (traders, sales, middle office) on a daily basis

Monitor systems (monitoring, alerts, performance)

Participate in production releases, testing, and deployments

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation
Qualifications

Education in IT, finance, or engineering

Strong interest in market finance and IT systems

Good understanding of front/middle/back office flows
-
Good level of professional English required
-
Previous experience in IT support, application support, or a banking environment is appreciated
